Pros

NetApp is a great employer in terms of benefits, salary, office facilities. Really great co-worker. very committed to the company. NetApp has great relationship with Israeli customers for over 20 years, which is making it really nice to work with the NetApp name

Cons

Regular corporate stuff (mandatory learning courses, multiple programs and setups to do to work in the company's environemt.
