Most notably, as part of a recent cost-cutting measure, all QA staff were converted to Development roles, resulting in demotions. For example, an MTS4 QA was reclassified as an MTS3 Developer. Overall, there is a noticeable lack of concern for employee well-being, with decisions often made solely in the interest of business priorities.
