Worked as an MTS and found that the culture is good though not exceptional. It depends from team to team and manager to manager. I have seen excellent managers and the opposite as well who indulge in politics.

Cons

They make a distinction between people joining from services and product companies and that takes a precedence over your performance in the interview. This affects the hike when joining. Also, few managers play the usual politics which affects the morale of the team members.

Co workers smart and nice. Great benefits like ESPP, RSU and yearly bonuses. Nice technologies to learn. Yearly bonus is not great.

Cons

Some teams are Management driven. Development methodologies are good but not up to the mark. Not many big data technologies in use.
