Good salary and benefits. There are smart, talented people who work there. The business strategy is sound. What remains to be seen is how financially lucrative the strategy is going forward.

Cons

Their business has ups and downs. In the six years I was there, there were several layoffs.

Everyone is "nice" to each other and very polite however not held accountable. Everyone is busy busy busy - but nothing gets done without significant pain and cycles.
