Pros

Actively pursuing new technologies. Great place to get beginning experience in the corporate world. Good benefits and competitive salaries.

Cons

Upper management seems to lack direction. Middle management is lost and unsure how to manage engineers. Most middle managers lack any real technical knowledge. There is little to no opportunity to grow here because it is already too fat at the top.
