* Innovative work. Have enough independence to choose work technology. * a lot of scope for upskilling and cross-team collaboration. * Flexible work policy for now. It might change in the future. * Good people. Some have been working here for more than 10-15 years. * Friday beer bash. :)

* Pay scale sucks. * Frequent guidance changes from senior leadership. * Lot of bureaucracy in work. For a small thing you will have to warm so many ears. * Work-life balance in some of the teams. *
