      Pros

      Rock solid business. Very strong top management. No brash decisions. Its non-back-stabbing culture. Leader in thought leadership in storage technologies, though being challenged by startups, off late. Aligns very nicely and quickly during challenging times. Inherent culture of trust.

      Cons

      Weak middle management. Slow in reacting. Does not take hard decisions.

      Pros

      Flexible Timings Compensation/ESOPS/RSU Competent Peers Good Technology - Branding - Netapp brand is a huge value add to one's profile. Beer Bash

      Cons

      Tons of process,reviews. Legacy monolithic system. Work is hampered by process,dependancies between teams. Sadly,everything is evaluated by the count of the burts solved. High level of Micromanagement prevails, The work totally depends on the team. Some teams have fabulous work and the workload is quite steep. Quite a disbalance in terms of workload between teams No transport - Go green and connect to work in public tansport . Work from home depends on the team. The culuture is very similar to other product companies. Strange that they get the "great place to work".
