      Pros

      + great culture and values (used to be) + great work place benefits like cafe, play area, gym, etc + great technology + work life balance + beer bash :)

      Cons

      - good growth oppertunity only during initial years. you hit the glass cieling very quickly - company has become big and is no more fun it used to be. The culture has changed a lot with too much of beurocracy - a new campus is coming up in whitefield is going to become inconvinent for a number of old timers
