Pros
NetApp is my first employer, I joined NetApp two years ago as an system engineer trainee, my manager and mentor had taught me without reservation. In my opinion , netapp has its own culture which may influence everybody working here, at least the technical staff here. Many training opp if you apply , and sometime work pressure is great, but most time you can learn something you want or do something you like, just as what I am doing.
Cons
It's hard for local Chinese to be promoted to a high level, I mean staff from mainland, and sometimes practical individual staff is tough, if unfortunately it's leader or manager , It will be some unhappy experience in your career
