Talented Engineers, Good Teamwork, Competitive Pay and Benefits. Good technology domain. Fantastic culture.

Cons

Incessant Layoffs. Every year since 2011 there has been 7 to 10% layoffs and in 2016 two layoffs. in the recent layoffs, the senior folks have been impacted since their benefits are higher. So senior folks better watch out. The constant chatter of upcoming layoffs or just concluded layoffs kills the morale. This was a great company once and i sincerely hope it returns to its past glory.
