Pros

If your into challenges and lot's of hard work it's a great place to be. There are perks if you have the time for them.

Cons

Far too little is done to manage workload. Lots of training is offered within however most of it is rather lack luster.

Pros

Smart, dynamic pears. Friendly environment. Easy access to education. NetApp technology can be inspirational.

Cons

Field offices neglected. Still selling 'by the box'. Immature services offerings without enough investment in growth. Every role regardless of function is seen as a sales role - too much time is spent delivering and analyzing sales with non-sales staff. Travel is too much a part of the culture. Tendency to announce initiatives and then under-support or inconsistently support them.

Pros

Company itself is very solid and has great opportunities. Excellent perks such as discounts for recreation, gym and a great cafeteria.

Cons

Very poor communication. The distance between management and employees is a big problem. I have faith in the company but it is managed very poorly.
