Pros

Some of the people I worked with were amazing and good people. The salary was good based on the industry and I received good raises. My manager was great to work with. The benefits were also good.

Cons

The company has a lot of dead weight at the top. The CEO is way too out of touch with what is happening at the street level. They started to care too much about promoting minorities and women vs having the right person in the role. As a result they got rid of many great sales leaders for no reason. The tools and systems are outdated and make it very hard for sales to do their basic job responsibilities , like selling and processing orders.

Hybrid setting, cafe and gym on site, free drinks

Cons

Turning into a call center, hybrid but going back to on-site, no yearly raises, micromanaging is next level, the customer is always right mindset, etc.
