Pros
Decent salaries, industry standard benefits. Good and knowledgable co-workers. Storage is a good industry to be in.
Cons
There is a good amount of non-performers in every level(engineers to vp/svp). May be about 30-40 percent. Good engineers/managers pay for it ( in terms of no raises, no rsu etc. You will be surprised to see how long people who are not productive are stuck to. It will take some non trivial effort to make the company go in the right direction.
