      Was great, now is in a freefall

      Pros

      Good Benefits. Pay is good. Some of the people are great.

      Cons

      To numerous to count. 1. Saving judgement on Kurian, the rest of the team needs to move on. They don't work well together. Sales leadership (TG and RS) are old re-treads that need to go. Noviello is dangerous and untrustworthy. 2. Company missed the changing industry and now cannot compete. 3. Too much politics. Too much focus on investors. Attrition is at an all time high.

      Pros

      Formerly, I would have answered this with "the people", but now that's in the CON section (see below). There are still some pockets of excellence in the staff - and if you are lucky enough to work with one of these rock stars, count your blessings. The benefits are great and pay is pretty competitive... and yet...

      Cons

      Where to start. - The vision (convoluted, tone-deaf, lacking). - The culture (lacking: collaboration, respect, partnership, authenticity, integrity) - Leadership (holding judgement on Kurian for now, but the rest of the leadership team is highly suspect. Full of arrogance and incompetence (Gerstenberger and Salmon respectively). Bad decisions, bad promotions, bad behavior abound in their wake... and have driven out the good people and good ideas.

      Pros

      Semi-competative salary. Decent health benefits. Standard vacation plan (3 weeks to start).

      Cons

      POLITICAL. Middle management is willing to throw you under the bus! More red tape than action. Spends money on crap projects and delays things that are worth-while. Extremely short-sighted management. It wasn't like that in the beginning. It amazes me that they have been able to stay anywhere on the great places to work list! They won't stay there for long. Employees are leaving the sinking ship in droves!
