This is my second company and this is my 9th year in this company.Apart from excellent benifts the amount of opportunities and the amount of flexiblity provied for the employess is simply amazing.Employees are encouraged to innovate and every idea is acknolowded. We need not wait for year end to wait for recogniotions, as there are ample recoginition programs periosically to motivate the employess all year around.. 360 degree feedbacks are considered seriously and apporpriate actions are taken..

Cons

So far I have not faced anydownsides.
