Pros

Good workplace, great office, amazing pantry and lovely staff, lots of room for experimentation (in my case, YMMV), great potential to build a lot of cool stuff, free beer on Fridays!

Cons

Crazy crunch culture, horrible management clueless about the right direction for the company. Most "ambitious" projects get hyped, gets shown off at events but never see the light of the day, hierarchy becoming a bottleneck for people looking to change things and management not giving a damn about it. Lot of effort goes into deciding communication tool, JIRA organization, Confluence organization, meetings but ends up being such a pointless exercise almost all the time.
