Good to get into storage software domain

Pros

Netapp is a great company if one wants to get into the storage software domain. If you get to work in the filesystems or kernel team; it's a good learning experience.

Cons

1) Salary is not competetive anymore 2) There is a lack of trust towards newer members in the company. If you are a new member working on the filer; you will have to cross numerous prejudices to add any substantial code to the codebase.
