Balanced Work LIfe but Management Sucks

Facilities are good Work life balance Health insurance is good.
Cons
> MTS1 will be promoted to MTS2 in an year. BASELESS > Compensation is average being an Engineering company, they just tend to keep it above EMC2 > Middle level management is a waste, some are arrogant and too much process oriented > They have increased the MTS1 package abruptly but the same has not been done for other MTS bands. > Feedback system is unsafe. I can't rely on my manager words of mouth to give a feedback over email. > BEER BASH is a waste of money. STOP IT. Rather give some free lunch or dinner. makes for sense. Its a software company not a PUB. > Favoritism is in abundance and management is not transparent. > unstable times between 2014 - 2016. Layoffs were frequent like a childs play
