None, as everything is based on favouritism

Cons

A culture of bullies, due to lack of brains and morals. Expect to be bullied and threatened when you do not obey. Most managers are ex TSE who have zero clue about management, but more about egocentric pride and ego.

Pros

Free croissants on Fridays, but they are usually cold and out dated.

Cons

-Casual racist jokes are tolerated. -No team work. -Discrimination among employees of different religions. -Bullying is a method enforced by management. -You are forced what to say and not say during audits. -They violate their own company policy in conjunction to the Dutch Civil law, and the working condition act. -Management feel as if the are invisible from the law (its a matter of time it will backfire)
