File system is the heart of NetApp.. Looks like it's having a heart attack.. If one is at the right place and at the right time one can learn good things about the core storage and file system aspects

Cons

All work and NO pay makes jack a dull boy.. Lots of changes keep happening up at the top of management which keeps shifting the direction where company wants to head.. Management has resolved to not retain their employees and extract last ounce of work from the existing ones on false promises. Even few technical directors are keen to get involved in petty politics. There is bias written all over every action which has made the atmosphere very negative and discouraging.
