Cons
*- No work life balance, the favorite management line is 'we are in fire fighting mode'. Managers will over commit to VP and then will harass developers to achieve it. * Too much office politics. Regionalism at it's peak, don't join if your manager is from different state than yours. *- Most of the good guys have left. *- outdated technology, real work happens in US only. *- Managers will compare your salary with their past salary, 'It took me 18 years to get this salary' you are getting only after 5 years. *- Too many stupid decisions regarding projects, project might be stopped in between. *- Hire and Fire Policy, they will suck your blood and you need to be on top, else you can be fired any time.
