      Good Place To Work

      Pros

      Very good working environment, with challenging projects and good management. They expect you to get your work done but don't freak out if something is a little late. Many talented employees that work hard. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Would have given 5 stars if there wasn't two mandatory vacation periods for a total of ~7 days. Employees should be able to take their vacation when they want. Wichita employees don't get paid as well as Boulder/RTP/Sunnyvale.

      Pros

      Extremely flexible with employee environment, work remote, in the office, etc. as long as the employee is productive, that's what matters, not where. Excellent benefits, consistent incentives, and very open policy with annual bonus/salary increases. Some of the most intelligent engineers on the planet and the product innovations show it.

      Cons

      Challenging to work with product management and upper management when neither comes from engineering. The technical leadership (TDs) help overcome this.
