Releases are getting methodical and better organized. Planning process is more systematic. Development tools seem to be improving over time, including virtual hardware. Getting over a major product transition (7-mode to C-mode) and when that's done, outlook looks good.

Cons

Releases are still large and cumbersome. It takes a long time for features to get out the door. Many, many ideas don't fit current releases.
