      Great employer, great work environment. They give steady raise, bonuses, stock options.

      Like every where else there is always an idiot manager who wants to spoil it for it.

      Support staff overloaded, poor career advancement. Excessive "strategy" shift yields now bi yearly layoffs, and cutthroat behaviors

      Pros

      A good starting ground to gain knowledge in the storage industry. Used to have lots of perks, not sure about now. The technology is lagging behind all of the new modular storage options.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, therefore there were lots of people scared to open their mouth and share their opinions. Managers play favorites and can be vindictive. Male dominated environment.
