Management is terrible, outdated software, office manager no personality and very rude , lead floor monitor love to create situations, high turnover, high pressure environment, call center run like dictatorship, no respect for employees, Supervision shows favoritism to select employees , the pay scale is not industry standard, Floor leader targets certain individuals that they have had person situations .

Low pay, high expectations. 2 bathroom breaks. nasty supervisor, who ate and shopped online all day. can't be a half of a second late.
