The company really values its employees; great benefits are offered, generous vacation time is given, flexible schedules and there is the option to telecommute (providing your manager approves it). Most employees are willing to help new employees learn and explain their departments function and their individual role within the company. The location is great, right next to Vasona, so it's nice to go walking on your lunch break. If you are willing to learn and take on new responsibilities over time you will be rewarded.

With only a handful of employees working out of the Lansdale, PA location, it is really a nice little family. Management encourages a healthy work/life balance and does a good job of promoting a fun office atmosphere with an open work space, ping pong table, and weekly off-site meetings. I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas – which were always thoughtfully considered. Competitive pay, good benefits -- you can tell the company cares about its people.
