Pros
The team spirit of most employees within the organization is stellar, and the service offerings the company provides has tremendous potential.
Cons
The senior management is lacking in staying with strategic direction and do not recognize extra efforts employees put forth. Senior management takes no responsibility for changes and the impact of the changes. Poor and negative interactions toward employees has increased over the last years, and creates a stressful environment, and diminishes employees value and worth (one of the companies most valuable assets).
