      An organization that is maturing quickly, but still has politics. What company doesn't?

      Pros

      They are growing quickly and have a terrific product for the general market. Being part of the bandwagon, that is both startup and established is a good place to be.

      Cons

      They think they are bigger than they are. Too much red tape and bureaucracy. The company was able to think quicker and more efficiently prior to the IPO.

      Pros

      Best enterprise solution for small to medium size business. 15 years I have sold SAP, Oracle and MS. My 30+ NetSuite customers are far more satisfied and willing to be a reference than any customer I have had selling other solutions.

      Cons

      Hired young inexperienced sales reps early on who set poor expectations with customers which got NetSuite in hot water 5+ years ago. Some of the inexperienced sales reps have survived and have been promoted into management. Leadership immaturity.

      Good work-life balance, great product, excellent place to learn, encourge innovation

      Cons

      Strange team culture with no bonding at all, laid back management, very high staff turn-over, not enough work to keep yourself busy!!!!
