      Pros

      The compensation and benefits package is superb compared to its peers. They have stock options. Their health card is 100% covered by the company for both employee and dependents upon hire. The workload depends on which department you'll be working with.

      Cons

      It is unavoidable to stumble on local managers who still have this crab mentality. Make it worst when they are not yet adopted to western culture and working ethics.

      Brilliant product, poor strategic direction and overall leadership from senior management

      Pros

      Stock Great product Good team of reps and SE's, prof serv, though no real synergy.

      Cons

      V.poor marketing in ANZ region, 7% lead conversion to opportunity, need to stop selling a mid tier enterprise solution to small business, or get their marketing direction right. V. poor senior leadership, no strategic direction or guidance on growth. Getting better with new MD and some transitions in management. Figure it out yourself mentality.
