Pros
NetSuite pays competitive salaries and commissions. After that it's a steep drop-off to make any compelling arguments in favor of working at NetSuite.
Cons
As many others have noted, senior management has absolutely no vision. They change their minds every six month as to what the current strategy is. There's a reason for this. The strategy is to do whatever it takes to get the next customer to sign on the bottom line. That means the hodgepodge of customers drive the strategy, not senior management.
