very collegial atmostphere, fun people, promote from within, lots of recognition, excellent tools to do your job, co-workers willing to help out new employees
Cons
At the end of the day, while the atmosphere is dynamic, there seems to be very little regard for the customer as long as the deal gets done. The marketing machine is quite a bit ahead of the delivered product. Sadly, the small to mid sized business that rely on this "center of universe" application can be greatly affected by too many poor implementations.
