      - As a Saas vendor, NetSuite is poised to do very well in these tough economic times. - NetSuite provides visibility and control to executives and management that cannot be offered by its competitors, which poises it for growth. - NetSuite hires the best and brightest, which makes work challenging and more rewarding. - To my knowledge NetSuite has never had a program to layoff a percentage or group of workers. NetSuite believes in its people.

      Cons

      For those who don't commit to their work, NetSuite doesn't provide a place to hide :-)

      Pros

      Solid product and leadership make this a winner in the future. I think the team of Evan Goldberg in product development and Zach Nelson leading the organization are one of the best teams since Hewlett and Packard.

      Cons

      the company is global, so you have to manage people outside the US frequently. that means some late hours on the phone with Asia or the UK. The travel budget is pretty tight, so you need to do most of this by WebEx

      Pros

      Probably just the Product, as it's a good clever product and lots of potential

      Cons

      Being honest it is the worst company I ever worked for. Mgmt skills are ziltch; and you are expected to work non stop. All a shame because Netsuite is a good product but Mgmt will crumble the company if they dont change their ways. There is no work life balance at all and neither do they care or promote. If you want to enhance your career, forget NS as their promotion is based on who you know and not your work.
