      The staff is incredible. Working remote is optimal. The level of trust (not being micromanaged) and work life balance is unmatched.

      The scope of the job is large. The job can be stressful.

Prioritizing work life balance is incredibly important to Netchex and offering options to work in-office, remote or a hybrid schedule has been, and will continue to be, a priority. As Netchex continues to grow at a fast pace, sometimes our jobs can become stressful. As we continue along our journey of growth and change, our strategy is evolving as well. Our internal controls and operational structure continue to expand along with more opportunities for our team. We’ve worked hard to make our culture what it is now, and will continue to work hard as we grow together. As our business grows, our strategy is evolving as well. Part of our strategy is to create the structure necessary for our talented people to want to stay and develop. Retaining top talent is our priority and compensation is one area that is currently under review. You mentioned tedious work. While some tasks can be tedious at all levels, there are ways to break up the day. Learning is often a great antidote to boredom, and it could prepare you for the next more challenging role.
