Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Here at Netchex, we’re good, but we could always be better. Working remote allows flexibility for our team to balance out time spent working, and time spent enjoying everything else in life, family, friends, and hobbies. This does, however, bring a variety of challenges such as building and maintaining an inclusive workplace for our remote teams. We currently have two committees: the DEI&B committee and our Engagement Committee. Both have remote team members and would love for you to join us. Each committee encourages open dialogue around important issues and provides a space for employees to get to know each other on a personal level.
