      Pros

      This was once a great company. Management and executives truly cared about you. There were Christmas parties, department gatherings and it seemed like everyone was family until there was a new CEO, then another only a year later.

      Cons

      •benefits- terrible. They try to make it seem like they’re great but they get closer to non existent each year • Professional growth - absolutely not. The CEO will mention company wide not to even assume you went above and beyond on your bi-annual reviews because no one did according to the financials. Bonuses and raises - used to be a yearly guarantee no matter how small. This is no longer happening unless you are in a very, very small percentage of employees. • bottom line - do not do it

      Pros

      Great team dynamic that really makes you feel apart of the team.

      Cons

      Managers are sketch and talk crap about employees to one another. Was promised our jobs were not disposable and was let go without warrant. After being here for years your contributions mean nothing. The company is a mess and super unorganized. It recently underwent new management and I think the company is going down for the worst.
