Sales leadership is very high pressure, implementation can be challenging, they definitely have their favorites.

A wonderful work culture and a job that is respectful of your off time.

Cons

Sales team will lie to customers in order to make a sale, implementation will pass off difficult customers to Client Services before verifying their job is done. Be ready to be the lightning rod for upset clients and difficult customers.
