High deductible, but they give you a preloaded debit card that covers 60% or more of the deductible for covered visits, procedures and medications, minimizing your out of pocket costs especially if you don't have anything critical/extensive. The health expense debit card amount is doubled if you add on a spouse or family plan. They also rolled out another plan option this year tailored for a handful of employees with more expensive medications. Lots of other employer-provided life insurance policies and affordable employee-paid extra coverage (dental/vision) you can choose to enroll in. FSA is also offered in addition to the benefits listed above for health and childcare. Employer-provided cancer support programs should a employee be diagnosed; offers training to internal teams to help them understand what a coworker is experiencing; this program also helps employees ease back into the workforce upon remission. Holds employee health fair days & community involvement opportunities. 401k with tiered matching system. Management seems to be listening and improving on employee wants/needs. Great work life balance, enjoyable people and room for growth.
