Till probation period you have to do some trainings which helps to dive deeper in business process and methodology If your English and communication skills are sufficient you will have possibility to travel a lot (customers are located all over the world) What suits me personally: matrix management system. All project activities are discussing with project management team (QA Lead on current project). All administrative issues are discussing with Line manager. Benefits: career growth, insurance, English classes, corp. sport and events. Kitchens on every floor.

Cons

working time schedule (from 10:00 till 19:00 in my office), only tea and coffee in kitchens (there are no cookies and other snaks)
