Benefits depend on project, bad project - no benefits and boring work. Business trips, communication in English with customers are for team leads (in most cases). Sometimes, during the interview, they promise one thing and it turns out to be a "not quite correct info" when you start working there. Corporate courses are not for everybody, e.g. we have Java courses, but employees can't attend them because those courses are meant for non-employees only. Like if somebody wants to be a junior Java dev, but doesn't know Java, he/she can attend this course and when the course is completed, there will be a possibility for interview. But if you are an employee and want to study Java - study it somewhere else.
