Cons

1. Office politics by long tenure employees. 2. Each year they will fire 5-10% employee and hire new employee. 3. Managers will save their friends from firing by firing newly joined employee. 4. No technical growth 5. Mostly work on product maintenance of Legacy product. 6. All new projects are moved to Russian teams and india team is working on only maintenance.

Ask anyone any question the answer will be no idea No one in India has idea whats going on in the company. Indian management seems to be out of loop every time. For the 4th consecutive year hikes are not on time. Even the management does not have idea about the hikes No processes/policies at all.
