Could do better if certain basics are still followed

Pros

1. Emerging technology stack 2. Re-assurance of legacy stack and how to bridge with cloud native 3. Multiple BSS components ecosystem in journey of several clients

Cons

1. Huge population of non-efficient directors - who are not good in any streams (Technology/Domain/Process/Practice). 2. Decision making still 'one-way' traffic; it's monopoly of who are not Indians. 3. Awards and rewards has now become a matter of ridicule. Favoritism overrides true effort/innovations.

Worst decision ever

Pros

If you are omniscient, you can join here. Because progressing in any job without a proper KT is next to impossible.

Cons

No proper KT, after joining in only they will assign you a project. Even your line manager will ask you to join calls during your induction time. No proper management of trainings and you have to learn by yourself ( which is quit difficult as no one will guide you what training you should take). I faced 2 escalations within 1st week itself. ( As did not having any understanding what am I doing).

Good salary. Good transport facilities.

Cons

No work life balance . Russian management don't rely on indian counterparts. Just support activity are done from Indian offices.
