Let me tell my own story. I am working here for past 8 years and I have got great opportunities to work with different customers(telcos) and learn different technologies. If you are capable, there is no short of growing opportunities as well. Pay is best in the Industry. Flexible timing to work.

Cons

This is not a place for naysayers, one who refuses to learn, one who refuses to take challenge, one who refuses to lead.

Their OSs products are good , and excellent chance to learn new technologies. They have very good reputation in the market, sales team is really strong

Cons

Benefits offered are extremely poor. 401k and health plans are a joke. Job will be outsourced to Russia sooner or later
