The company owns many products and there are a number of OSS/BSS projects to work on. Plenty of Travel opportunities to client locations. Flexible Working Hours. Excellent place for people who are passionate about work. Yearly Hikes are very good. Pay is more than other companies in similar domain.

Cons

Need improvement in infrastructure of Bangalore facility.

The management & process are not matured enough to be call as a CMMI5 company . The poorest work culture ever I know . Those who are really concerned about their career and profile should not join this organization . Despite of your expertise you have to start your as a developer .No growth at all professionally . I will not recommend any friend to join this organization .

Good OSS/BSS product. A lot of projects in different regions, so possibility to learn many use cases.

Cons

Work-life balance was non-existent and appeared to be of no concern to the company. Carrier opportunities are limited to management ladder only, not for technical ladder.
