Netcracker is a very fast paced dynamic organization. We are constantly working on new opportunities either with existing customers to expand our product reach or with new customer to expand our market reach. We have a very strong development and delivery team that can build and customize our products quickly and efficiently to meet changing needs of our customers. For me personally it has been an awesome experience where I am constantly on the go working on new opportunities, growing a new business line and improving our internal processes to meet new market demands. We work as teams to get things done but have all the independence necessary to have room to grow . I have really enjoyed my first 10 months at Netcracker and they have flown by. I find it a great place to work and grow your skills.

1) Good learning curve, wont get saturated as the framework is so big 2) No tight deadlines, work as you wish on your timings 3) If you think to walk you can walk, if you think to run yes that too, if you want to fly also yes in NC (I mean NC has options to utilize your fullest potential and its based on your willingness) 4) Hike perks are very good and completely based on performance. 5) Futuristic projects and I see lot of opportunities in the promotion ladder as the company is in growth pace. 6) Managers are approchable at any issues. 7) Leaves are approved without any hassle's.
