One of the good things about Netcracker is the emerging telecom domain which will remain one of the best domains to work for atleast in the near future. Management keeps track of the employees progress and is ready to align the tasks and roles assigned, according to the employees career growth plan. Technically its up to the employee to raise his own career graph, and the management will surely help in the same. There is absolutely no micro management and as long as employees finish their work on time, no one interferes. There is also lot of flexibility and people can have good work life balance.

Cons

Not much of cons - except we need more of recreational activities in office to keep things lively. Else it gets monotonous.

Opportunity: There are so many opportunities available. You just need to grab it. Lots of customer interaction, which will help you understand the bigger picture of what you actually do. If you don't like some project/work, you can early move on to another project which interests you. No pressure to do something you don't like. Growth, Salary and reward Once you have proved yourself, there is no looking back. Your growth in the company and salary would be like on jet-pack. If you work hard and smart you get rewarded like no other company. Work: Though the focus is not on technology, there are many areas that you can sharpen your skills. SQL would be the most important one. The exposure to OSS and BSS is unmatched. You learn about different problems customer face and how we have solved them. Technology changes frequently but the underlying problem of business remains the same (just different flavors). The business exposure would definitely take you long way.

Cons

Opportunity: You need to be self motivated and focused to grab opportunities. Remember nobody is going to serve you water when you are thirsty, it is you who needs to draw water from the well. Growth, Salary and reward There is no place for lazy lads. It takes time for your skill and work to be noticed. Same like any other company. Work: The focus is not on technology, but such area is compensated by business exposure.
