      A lot of international business trips. 'Young employees' company: open-minded colleagues, cheerful communication, absence of conservative traditions, annual outings and NY parties A lot of opportunities to find your way based on your skills. Quick growth for hard-working and thinking employees. Periodical growth of salary encouraging your professional growth.

      Prolonged working hours in case of some 'project emergencies' Expect 24 hours a day availability if you're manager.

      Can get several short term travels chances Pays Well Very easy work

      Dont need an engineer to do the work.Any 12th passout can do the same. Bad management. No focus on employee development or his career growth. Customer customer customer, employees come last. HR policies go from bad to worst after each updates. In interview, they will grill you so much, you will get a feeling that you will be asked to work on some mission critical project for NASA..Only to realize later that all you need to do here is learn where and when to click buttons.
