As It was a part of subex earlier, the HR policies were very good and the team had very good bonding too... But after Netcracker take over there are not many pro's...

Cons

Many employees stay on bench for a long time Sometimes work is as good as for a data operator, don't understand why they need an engineer for that. No good project work for Indian branches. No major opportunities to grow

Opportunity to obtain experience for starters & ability to participate on and lead interesting projects all over the world.

Cons

Poor work life balance. People usually overwork there. And it seems it is expected. If you want to succeed you have to work hard.
