Pros

Small business atmosphere and very dynamic despite rapid growth. You have easy access to management and a lot of discretion in how you manage your clients and your projects. Pay is pretty good and benefits are unmatched.

Cons

HR is useless. Management flails about trying to address problems with company growth without actually spending money, assigning resources or other investment.

Provides an exposure to work with latest of the technologies.

Cons

Management is more focused on its market share, their own personal achievements, net worth of the company and expansion. NetCracker is far far away from employee from satisfaction, and has never kept their promises and commitments. No changes seen in the attitude of management or other colleagues. No recognitions to the employees, who has put efforts making something materialistic and beneficial for the company. Its the wakeup call for NetCracker management. once the economy gets better, things will be much different.
