      In general, it's a good company. If you don't have any ambitions to grow, you'll like to work there.

      Pros

      Best reason is an ability to work with the largest telecom companies in the world. There are many opportunities to travel and to work on-site for months. The company was bought in 2008 by NEC.

      Cons

      The company policy is to hire students. So, the products are being made by under-qualified stuff mostly. Thus, you have to deal with all related downsides.

      Good place to hone Telecom OSS skills but senior management has no business nor employee focus

      Pros

      Understand core OSS technologies and see them evolve. Salary is not that great but not bad as well..Junior grade people are very easy to get alongwith and they understand individual responsibilities, are very sincere

      Cons

      Senior management has very narrow focus.. looking for very short term gains, marketing/sales department needs total overhaul..CEO [father and son combine] have their own agenda and plans and is not employee aligned at all.. Being a very small company with support from Russian speaking nationals, and even smaller top management, decisions are taken unilaterally - most of times without thinking about the consequences of the employee or the customer..As such they are having many side deals within the Russian speaking businesses and will gladly handover to NEC to run some other show..Money has already been made with the sell off deal..

      Provides an exposure to work with latest of the technologies.

      Cons

      Management is more focused on its market share, their own personal achievements, net worth of the company and expansion. NetCracker is far far away from employee from satisfaction, and has never kept their promises and commitments. No changes seen in the attitude of management or other colleagues. No recognitions to the employees, who has put efforts making something materialistic and beneficial for the company. Its the wakeup call for NetCracker management. once the economy gets better, things will be much different.
