Cons
HR will give dreams of quarterly hikes, which is not true. Rather the appraisal process is so pathetic, no one knows what's happening. HR here needs to be given some training on the same. Almost 1.5 years here, and no hikes. LMs also will not be transparent around the same. Make sure you don't consider this quarterly hike joke during salary negotiations.

No pros, just luck if you get a project; they don't have projects. Clients no longer believe in Netcracker technology.they have also discontinued free food and cab services.
Cons
This company was the worst for me as a fresher. My experience was very bad. They hired me and gave backend training, but assigned me a frontend project on a trial basis. Despite positive feedback from my project manager, they said they needed experienced people. Consequently, they shifted me to an L1 support role. I didn't got any project interview call for the role I got hired.Don't join this company from the first day you will feel they can fire you anytime.

Honestly, I can't think of any significant cons. Every workplace has its challenges, but at Netcracker, for me, the positives far outweigh any minor issues.

- Many active projects, some of them can be using deferent tech stack - Possibility to change carrier path after some time (for example move from training manager to business analyst or from QA to dev) - Internal trainings and opportunities to grow - Projects and offices all around the world
Cons
- Some bureaucracy, but its cant be avoided for company of such size

Good to learn new technologies.
Cons
Very poor management. No one knows what they are doing. Everyone is in fear of getting layed off. Training they provide is useless. Its not related to what you actuall work on.
